The new year has started with mixed results for the 'NO ISSUES'
race team with a less than perfect entry into social racing.
Saturdays new 60mph social format had Steve picking up a new Kustom social ski from the guys at Strictly only few days before the weekend and combined with a new prop and rookie driver he missed his first start.
Once up and out of the hole things were looking up tho as the guys gradualy chased down the other teams in front.
However on the start of lap 2 just after rounding the buoys Steve had a fall in the rough conditions that saw the guys lapped and out of contention.
The guys did manage to restart and made it over the line for a hard won 4th and 85 valuable pnts.

No such bad luck was experienced in Sundays expert race however with the old prop returned and a little more experience under Kris's belt.
The team got a holeshot and were never threatened as they rounded the first turn buoy in front of the field and did just enuf to stay in front of 'The Witch' until the checkered flag crossing first and picking up 100 pnts for the championship.

Afters Steve's effort in completing the new Hawksbury 120 race behind 'STRAPP ON' the team cant wait to get to Lake Boga for Pnt Score 2 and an even better result.
